Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for C-suite, board-level, and senior management positions.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies, including headhunting and proactive market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and client stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and rigorous candidate assessments.
