Youll be trained to become an executive search consultant, learning how to identify exceptional talent, influence senior professionals and develop relationships with decision-makers.

The opportunity

From day one, youll be involved in live executive searches and work alongside experienced consultants.

Youll learn to:

• Research and map target markets
• Identify high-performing senior professionals
• Approach and engage candidates

• Work on live executive appointments
• Develop your own network and market expertise
• Progress towards managing your own searches and clients
