This role is dedicated to identifying and placing senior-level executives and specialized talent for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You will leverage your expertise in executive search methodologies, market intelligence, and extensive networking to deliver bespoke talent solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and intelligence gathering to identify target organizations and key talent for executive search assignments.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to attract passive candidates for senior-level roles.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference checks, to evaluate suitability for executive positions.
• Manage the entire search process, from assignment kickoff to candidate onboarding, ensuring confidentiality and a premium candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share market insights and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in executive recruitment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in executive search or senior-level recruitment within a consultancy environment.
• Proven success in identifying, engaging, and placing senior executives (Director level and above).
• Exceptional research, analytical, and networking skills, with a strong understanding of executive assessment techniques.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and interpersonal abilities, adept at building rapport with senior professionals.
• A highly organized and self-disciplined approach to managing complex search projects in a remote setting.
