Executive Team Assistant - AI-Driven Ops (Remote)

tem is hiring a Team Assistant to support our CEO and CCO, shaping the admin layer with AI-enabled processes. You will own inbox support, calendar management, travel, and meeting prep, while building templates and automations to scale as tem grows.

You’ll also manage the Battersea office culture, invoices, and cross-team coordination. In this role you’ll design an operating system for admin, identify repeatable patterns, and implement automation to free up leadership time for strategic work.
