Exeter: Sales & Purchasing Specialist

Rapid Fusion in Exeter, UK is seeking a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join our office-based team. You will own the order-to-cash process, processing customer orders, raising purchase orders, setting up new suppliers and generating invoices, ensuring accuracy across ERP, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.

You’ll collaborate with sales, account management, and finance to keep commercial operations running smoothly as we scale, handling multiple orders with care and attention to detail.
