Experienced Childcare Lecturer – Shape the Next Gen

Isle of Wight College is looking for a Childcare Lecturer to join our team on the Isle of Wight. This fixed-term post is 19.5 hours per week, salary AP08 £15,755.72 - £18,771.21 per annum, and runs until 31 July 2027.

You will work with learners on Level 1 and Level 2 Childcare programmes, helping them develop knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours to progress into the Early Years sector. A Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it within 3 years is required.
