As a Key Account Manager within the Fleet HUB Corporate Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B growth across BMW and MINI corporate channels. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key customers, leasing partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a premium end-to-end fleet experience aligned with BMW / MINI standards.

What you’ll do day to day

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key corporate accounts, owning all customer interactions

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Fleet and Procurement leads

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities in line with sales strategy

• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline aligned to business objectives

• Manage leasing companies and broker networks to maximise commercial opportunities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

• Oversee the full customer journey from initial engagement through to vehicle delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, premium customer experience

• Ensure compliance with BMW / MINI and Group 1 standards at all times

• Manage post-sale customer engagement for nominated accounts and preferred leasing partners

Proven experience in B2B, fleet, or automotive sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets; previous Key Account Manager experience is advantageous.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, grow business pipelines, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver high customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and accountable professional with strong market awareness who promotes a high-performing, customer-focused, and team-oriented culture.
