Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massage.
• Assess clients' needs and health conditions to determine the most beneficial massage treatments.
• Provide a relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere, ensuring client comfort and privacy at all times.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated client care.

Requirements

• Recognized professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Massage Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by the spa's schedule.
