Our client seeks a reliable and experienced Nanny to care for their two young children in a welcoming family home located in Milton Keynes . This role blends in-home care with some remote coordination for family scheduling and updates, offering a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment, planning engaging activities, and managing daily routines. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in stimulating play and educational activities both indoors and outdoors.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary needs.
• Assist children with homework and encourage good learning habits.
• Manage children's daily routines, including hygiene, naps, and bedtime.
• Maintain open and frequent communication with parents regarding children's well-being and development, potentially via app or occasional video calls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role.
• Solid understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate development.

• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
