Experienced Trade Mark Paralegal – North West England

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join a highly regarded and growing firm based in the North West. This role offers the chance to work within a busy and collaborative trade mark team, managing a broad range of trade mark matters while taking on a high level of responsibility and autonomy. You will be confident managing your own workload and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Filing UK and international trade mark applications and renewals.
• Providing administrative and prosecution support to Trade Mark Attorneys.
• Preparing trade mark documentation, reports and portfolio schedules.
• Assisting with trade mark recordals, formalities and general portfolio management.
• Liaising with clients, overseas associates and official intellectual property offices.
• Supporting the team across a wide variety of trade mark matters.
