Experiential Store Manager – Oxford Growth Leader

Astrid & Miyu in Oxford is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead the new Oxford store, delivering memorable in-store experiences and growing a dedicated team. You will champion our values and drive performance in a fast-growing brand.

You will manage inventory, layouts, CRM events, and local community engagement to build brand loyalty and strong sales. This role offers full-time hours, a salary of £32,000 plus commission and bonus, and a chance to shape a new flagship store.
