Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile recruitment mandates from initial client consultation through to successful placement.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche and senior-level candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Actively engage in business development to identify and secure new client opportunities.
• Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure the highest standards of candidate care and experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Recruitment Consultancy , with a proven specialization in a particular industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment projects and achieving ambitious targets.
• Exceptional ability in client relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing methodologies and market intelligence gathering.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Southampton and Hampshire business landscape is highly advantageous.
