The Role

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from early planning to delivery, managing programme, cost, quality and communication.
• Document and commercial performance – oversee contracts, risk, opportunities and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships – act as a key link between internal teams and clients.
• HSSE culture – promote a positive HSSE culture and support safe working.
• Business development – contribute to proposals and identify opportunities.
• Corporate partner of APM – structured development, training and support towards recognised qualifications such as the PMQ.

About You

• Experienced Project Manager in the water sector with a track record of delivering multidisciplinary or infrastructure projects.
• Organised, detail‑focused and clear communicator – clients trust you and teams enjoy working with you.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset – ask questions, explore new ideas and look for ways to improve how we work.
• Recognised qualification such as APM PMQ – an advantage, but proven ability to deliver, sound judgement and trust building matter most.
