Externals Site Manager - London - EWI / Cladding project

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to join the existing project team on a 140 unit £14 million occupied residential scheme in London. The works involved are primarily new cladding, remediation and EWI insulation works so experience in this area is a MUST.

The Candidate - must be capable of trade management, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
