Key Responsibilities

• Apply various styles of eyelash extensions (e.g., classic, volume, hybrid) with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform brow waxing, threading, tinting, and lamination services according to client preferences and facial analysis.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desired outcomes and assess suitability for treatments.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene standards, ensuring all tools and workstations are sterilized and disinfected.
• Keep accurate client records, noting treatments, preferences, and any reactions.
• Provide clients with aftercare advice to ensure the longevity and quality of their lash and brow treatments.

Requirements

• Certification in Eyelash Extension application (various techniques) and Brow Styling.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in lash extensions and brow services.
• Proficiency in consultation techniques and understanding of facial symmetry.
• Strong knowledge of different lash types, curl patterns, and brow shaping methods.
• Excellent dexterity, fine motor skills, and a keen eye for detail.
