Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to work within a 2‑year provision at a school in Walsall.
Responsibilities
- Support 7 children aged 2 years old alongside another practitioner.
- Work 5 days a week, 8:30‑12:30.
- Provide personal care, including nappy changing.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications
- Level2 Early Years qualification (minimum). Level3+ Teaching Assistant qualification does not count for ratio purposes.
- Previous early years or nursery experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Clear Enhanced Child Workforce update service / DBS required.
- At least 2 references covering a minimum of 2 years.
