Key Responsibilities of a EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement.

The Ideal Candidate for this EYFS teaching assistant vacancy:

• In order to work as an EYFS teaching assistant, you must remain positive, resilient and have a caring approach to working with children.
• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience).
• A commitment to personal and professional growth.
