F&B Supervisor: Lead Service & Guest Experience

Warner Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts and support the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars along the River Thames. You will coach, motivate, and maintain high standards to deliver memorable guest experiences during your shift.

You will work closely with managers to drive service excellence, manage guest queries, and uphold health and safety standards while aiming to upsell and protect guest satisfaction across departments.
