F&B Supervisor (Temporary role)

📍 Tower Bridge, City of London 💷 £17.00-£17.50 per hour ⏰ 40 hours per week | 5 days over 7 📅 2-3 month assignment

We're looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to support a high-quality hotel in Tower Bridge.

You'll be leading a team of around 4-5 staff per shift, overseeing breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, dinner, restaurant, bar and room service.

Requirements

Previous hotel F&B experience is essential

Supervisor/Team Leader experience or similar

Confident leading a team and running shifts

Strong guest service and communication skills

Hands-on and reliable

Able to work early starts from 6 am and late finishes up to around 1 am

Must be able to reliably travel to and from the hotel at these times
