Fabric Engineer (Plumbing Experience) – Swindon
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Van

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance across commercial office buildings. With long-standing contracts, modern equipment and a supportive management team, this is an opportunity to join a company where engineers are valued, trusted and given the tools to succeed.
You'll be covering a portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works, with plumbing forming a key part of the role.
The Role
* Planned and reactive fabric maintenance
* Plumbing repairs and maintenance
* General building repairs
* Working across commercial environments
* Travel to sites within approximately 90 minutes
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Fabric Technician
* Practical plumbing experience
* Commercial building maintenance experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A proactive and customer-focused approach

* Up to £35,000 basic salary

* 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
* Additional annual leave with length of service
* Standard Life pension after 3 months (3% employer / 5% employee)
* 30-minute travel deduction each way
