Fabrication Team Lead – Lean Manufacturing & People Development

Altro Ltd is recruiting for a Manufacturing Fabrication Team Leader to join our Value Added Services team at our Letchworth plant. You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based team while driving safety, quality and productivity within a busy fabrication environment.
