Facilities Administrative Assistant – London Office & Events

Larbey Evans Ltd, representing a prestigious UK Law Firm in London, seeks a Facilities Administrative Assistant to join on a permanent basis and support the day-to-day operations of the London office. You will manage the facilities helpdesk, set up meeting rooms, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, process invoices, and assist with office moves, supplies, and daily checks.

This is a hands-on role in a five-days-in-office schedule, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with benefits including 25 days leave
