Facilities & Workplace Experience Coordinator

JLL in Kent, UK is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of FM services on site. You will be the first point of contact for building users, coordinate bookings, manage suppliers, and support safety and compliance across the location.

Working hours are 0830–1400 with a focus on delivering concierge-level service, proactive issue resolution, and a safe and well-maintained workplace for all occupants at the site in Kent.
