Facilities & Workplace Lead – Modern Office Ops

Marex is seeking a Workplace Manager for Real Estate & Workplace to coordinate facilities across UK sites and some European locations. You will oversee soft services, reception, admin and day-to-day operations ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient office environment.

The role requires experience in facilities administration within a corporate setting, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to planning, risk, and cost control.
