About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable Facilities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various company sites in and around Bristol, South West England, UK . This role involves a range of cleaning duties to ensure that all facilities are safe, hygienic, and presentable for employees, visitors, and clients. You will be responsible for general upkeep, deep cleaning tasks, and ensuring all areas meet stringent cleanliness expectations. This position offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements, allowing for greater work-life balance while contributing to a pristine working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
• Clean and restock washroom facilities, ensuring they are kept to a high standard of hygiene.
• Empty all internal bins and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately according to site procedures.
• Undertake periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled by the facilities management team.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed within the facilities.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored correctly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within a facilities management context.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic for duties in Bristol .
• Comfortable working remotely with the ability to travel to different sites as needed.
