About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at their extensive site in Southampton . You will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence among your staff. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning programs and schedules.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff, including supervisors and operatives.
• Oversee the procurement and management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
