Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Essential
• Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related background.
• Understanding of industrial asset maintenance, either through engineering, maintenance, or planning experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, project plans, and engineering documentation.
• Experience using CAD software and asset management/CMMS systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

Experience using IBM TRIRIGA or a similar CMMS.

Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Knowledge of UK facilities compliance and statutory requirements.

HNC/HND or Degree in Facilities Engineering, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.

You will need to hold or be eligible to hold SC clearance.
