Job Description
Facilities Engineer Location: Bedfordshire Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for a Facilities Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting construction, refurbishment and asset management projects within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting the delivery of facilities projects while managing asset information within a CMMS. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, developing planned maintenance schedules, reviewing technical manuals, and producing 2D/3D CAD drawings.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering
- Experience with industrial asset maintenance or maintenance planning
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience using CAD software and CMMS/asset management systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable
- IBM TRIRIGA or similar CMMS experience
- HNC/HND or Degree in an engineering or facilities-related discipline
- Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects
