An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Engineer to join a well‑established manufacturing business in Sutton Coldfield. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys a varied position, ensuring site facilities, infrastructure, safety systems, and compliance standards are maintained to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain site facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance activities.
• Support fire safety, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain site security systems and asset protection measures.
• Drive facility improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date.

About You

• Experience in Facilities, Maintenance, or Plant Engineering.
• Background within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Knowledge of health & safety, fire safety, and site compliance.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
