Facilities Helpdesk Specialist (24/7 Support)

4Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Helpdesk role within the Technical Services team at Wythenshawe (M22). You will deliver Facilities Management support and customer service 24/7, 365 days per year across multiple channels.

You will meet SLAs/KPIs, record and progress jobs in the Helpdesk system, liaise with customers and colleagues, adhere to policies and training, and participate in team meetings with a can-do attitude. BASIC DBS required.
