Facilities Helpdesk Team Lead – Elevate Workplace Experience

Arup London is seeking a Workplace and Facilities Helpdesk Team Leader to drive first-class facilities support for colleagues and guests. You will report to the Helpdesk Manager and supervise day-to-day Helpdesk operations, switchboard and event management, ensuring service delivery meets business needs and exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with facilities vendors, undertake floor tours, maintain spaces, and provide training for new coordinators.
