About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Hygiene Assistant to support their cleaning operations remotely, servicing facilities in the Bristol area and surrounding regions. This role involves assisting with the management of cleaning supplies, coordinating with on-site cleaning teams, and ensuring adherence to hygiene standards through remote oversight and communication. You will play a key role in ensuring that facilities maintain impeccable cleanliness and meet all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for various sites.
• Coordinate with and support on-site cleaning staff, providing guidance and addressing queries remotely.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review and analyze cleaning reports and feedback from sites.
• Communicate effectively with facilities managers and cleaning teams to resolve issues and ensure standards are met.
• Assist in maintaining records related to cleaning operations and supply usage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote interaction.
• Familiarity with hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Proficiency in using standard office software, including email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively from a remote location.
