Salary: Up to £39,960

Location: Greenford, London (static)

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experiencedFacilities Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work without travel as this is a static based role.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Covering a distribution center contract
• Carrying out PPM and reactive work on electrical and fabric kit
• Conduct regular visual inspections of plant, equipment, and building fabric to identify faults and suggest solutions

Requirements for the role:

• Electrical qualification (18 th edition or NVQ)
• Previous experience within a FM or BMS role
• Strong fault finding and PPM ability
