Facilities Maintenance Scheduler — Fast-Paced FM Helpdesk

CBW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Scheduler for a Facilities Management provider in London, Liverpool Street. The role is office-based, Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00, permanent, paying up to £40,000 per year.

You will handle calls, manage the FM Helpdesk inbox, schedule maintenance, assign tasks to engineers, and process PPM and reactive visits using CAFM systems. Excellent IT and communication skills are required.
