In this role, you will carry out mechanical and HVAC maintenance, fault-finding, servicing and repair work across a range of building systems. You'll be responsible for both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, while ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.

The Role

• Mechanical and HVAC maintenance across commercial facilities
• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance work
• Fault finding, servicing and repair of building systems

• Recognised mechanical qualification/apprenticeship
• Desirable: BMS, IPAF or PASMA experience
