Facilities Maintenance Technician - M&E & Fabric (2m)

Tech-People in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, is seeking a building services maintenance technician to join a team of M&E and Fabric technicians on a large distribution and head office facility.

The role involves general electrical tasks including lamping, fire alarm checks, emergency lighting drain down and checks, plus basic plumbing such as changing taps and hot water temperature checks, on a 2-month contract with potential to go permanent.
