Job Description
Facilities/Maintenance Engineer, part-time, onsite in Ware, Hertfordshire, 9-month contract Our client requires a reliable and
experienced Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to start as soon as possible, on site in Ware.Working approximately 4 hours a day, but may be negotiable. What you'll be doing: ·
You will be liaising with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts ·
Communicating with CBRE regularly via email and phone ·
Conducting checks onsite of issues ·
Arranging collection of large volumes of waste ·
May be some heavy lifting required Skills and experience you'll have: ·
Previous maintenance/facilities administration ·
building maintenance experience ·
