Facilities Management Consultant

Facilities Management Consultant Location: Central London Benefits: Private healthcare & pension Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the London office

We are working with a leading FM consultancy that is looking to appoint an FM Consultant to support a growing portfolio of client projects.

The Role

Working across a range of sectors including Defence, Healthcare, Justice, Commercial and Data Centres, you will support the delivery of FM advisory and consultancy projects, including:

FM procurement and contract reviews Service reviews and performance improvement Lifecycle management PPP/PFI projects Hard & Soft FM FM project delivery KPI and performance management CAFM systems and technology

About You

We are looking for either an FM consultant or Senior FM Consultant.

For the FM Consultant position, we are looking for an early-career FM professional with around 3-4 years' experience within a large FM provider, who is now looking to move into consultancy and develop their career in a project and fee-earning environment.

For the Senior FM Consultant position, you will have strong FM consultancy/advisory or senior operational experience, with the ability to lead projects and engage confidently with clients.

For both positions, strong knowledge of FM contracts, KPIs, CAFM systems and FM service delivery is essential.
