Facilities Management Supervisor

This permanent, predominantly off-the-tools role involves managing an eight-person, multi-skilled engineering team across commercial and retail facilities contracts.

The position suits a technically qualified engineer moving into first-line management and aiming to progress towards contract management.

The Role

As the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll:

Act as first-line support for an eight-person, multi-skilled engineering team. Lead two static engineers and the wider mobile engineering team. Manage timesheets, overtime, sickness and absence across the team. Support daily service delivery across multiple commercial and retail contracts. Undertake contract management alongside your core supervisory responsibilities. Participate in the reactive on-call response across the regional portfolio. About You

To be successful as the Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll have:

Essential: A technical trade background in electrical, gas or mechanical engineering. Essential: A minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant technical discipline. Experience working within a facilities management environment. Technical credibility across multi-skilled engineering and fabric services. Basic administration skills and familiarity with Evolution or Concept systems. Ambition to progress into contract management and pride in your work. What's in it for You?

Permanent position covering Greater Manchester and the wider North West. £40,000 to £43,000 per annum. Flexible Monday-to-Friday hours, typically 7:30am to 4:30pm.
