Facilities Manager – Hybrid, Multi-Site

Options Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor for a busy team in Central London. The role oversees day-to-day delivery of reactive maintenance, PPM and project works across a multi-site estate with a hybrid working pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).

You will supervise and coach FM team members, manage workloads against KPIs, monitor contractor performance, and support budgets and compliance including Health & Safety duties.
