Facilities Technician – Estates & Critical Maintenance

Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Technician for mid and south Essex to support maintenance, improvement and minor capital works across facilities. The role focuses on applying technical knowledge to a range of Estates plant and systems and involves guiding colleagues in safe operation of equipment.

The successful candidate will advise on availability and maintainability of plant, coordinate with service contractors, and help ensure patient care is uninterrupted by facilities
