Facilities Technician: Maintenance & Compliance

Croydon Council is seeking a practical Facilities Operative to join the Facilities Management team in Croydon. You will perform planned compliance checks, minor repairs and inspections to keep Council buildings safe and well‑presented.

You will support contractors, set up rooms for events, and assist with office moves. A full driving licence is required to travel between sites, and some evenings or weekends may be required.
