Pay Rate: £12.71ph + 20% Shift Allowance (approx. £15.25ph enhanced rate) Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - Midnight Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Braintree, Essex, on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a hands-on factory role involving a variety of production, assembly, manufacturing and packing duties. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a manufacturing environment.

Duties include:

Carrying out general production and factory duties Basic assembly of products and components Working with small components and materials Following production processes and instructions Quality checking finished products Packing completed products ready for dispatch Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The ideal Factory Operative candidate:

Previous experience within a factory, manufacturing and production environment is preferred Good attention to detail Reliable and committed to consistent attendance Comfortable working with small components Able to follow instructions and production processes Works well as part of a team Keen to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
