The Role
As a Factory Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Packing finished products accurately and efficiently Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions Operating production machinery (full training provided) Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch Performing quality checks to maintain production standards Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential) A positive attitude and strong team-working skills Good reliability and timekeeping The ability to carry out manual handling tasks A willingness to learn and follow health and safety proceduresWhat's in It for You?
