Manufacturing Operative 0600 to 1600, Monday to Thursday £14.00 to £15.00 per hour Other shift available at higher pay rate Redditch Permanent Contract

Requirement for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a successful, Redditch-based Manufacturer. The position will require the successful candidate to be an integral part of the engineering division with the responsibility of producing high-precision parts for large aerospace customers across the UK.

As a Manufacturing Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence Working to instructions and specifications within a busy manufacturing environment Griding/Polishing/Linishing materials Power Press operating Loading, unloading & monitoring Furnaces The successful applicant will have experience within a manufacturing environment, be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks and possess manual skills (Grinding/Linishing/Polishing material etc.)
