Factory Operative

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous factory experience.

The Role

Assembling and manufacturing products using hand tools. Working with sealing equipment and production materials. Following instructions and manufacturing guidelines. Carrying out quality checks on finished products. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Working as part of a team to meet production requirements.The Ideal Candidate:

Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous. Comfortable using hand tools and working with their hands. Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work. Able to follow instructions and work to set standards. Willing to learn and develop new skills.The Details:
