Family Help Social Worker - Hybrid, Impactful Safeguarding

Connect2Dudley is seeking a Social Worker for our Family Help service in Dudley. The role uses a Restorative Model of practice and Motivational Interviewing to help families thrive. Expect a hybrid arrangement with 3 days on site.

DfE requires a total of 3 years cumulative experience with an English Local Authority (including ASYE). You will work with Dudley hubs and partner agencies to co-ordinate family support and safeguarding plans.
