Senior Social Worker | Family Help Hub | Hampshire | £42 per Hour Caritas Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Social Workers to join Hampshire's Family Help Hub teams across Fareham & Gosport, East Hants (Alton), Basingstoke, Eastleigh & Winchester, New Forest, Hart & Rushmoor and Havant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established authority committed to delivering high-quality support to children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Hold and manage complex Child in Need and safeguarding cases. Support and mentor less experienced practitioners. Undertake assessments and formulate effective intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners. Provide professional guidance and support within the team. Promote strengths-based and relationship-focused practice.
