Family Hub Guest Experience & Admin Assistant

Oxfordshire County Council’s Family Hub needs a friendly, customer‑focused administrator to welcome families, manage enquiries and support bookings and promotions.

You will handle records, assist staff and volunteers, and help connect families to the right services. Previous experience in children's services is advantageous but not essential, with safeguarding and inclusive practice at the core.
