About the Role
- Handling cases related to divorce, separation and financial statements.
- Advising clients on child custody, adoption and care proceedings.
- Drafting legal documents, including agreement and court applications.
- Representing clients in court and tribunals.
- Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
About You
- A qualified solicitors with 3+ years PQE in family law.
- Proven experience in handling a broad spectrum of family law cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload.
